Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate production equipment to meet specified production targets, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues promptly.
- Supply Chain Management: Ensure that all necessary supplies are available and properly stocked, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production associates to ensure they are performing their duties effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of accidents.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control results, and equipment maintenance activities, providing regular reports to management as required.
- Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
