Job Description

As a Medical Support Role in BioLife, you will be responsible for evaluating donor eligibility, determining suitability for plasma donation, and managing any adverse events that may occur during or after the donation process. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure the health and well-being of our donors and provide exceptional customer service to our donors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, including graduate-level education in nursing with state requirements.
  • Current licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
  • Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy.
  • Satisfactory completion of FDA-approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
  • Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Estimated Hourly Wage Range

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $31.54 - $43.37, depending on qualifications and location. U.S.-based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
