Counselor - Women's Residential & Outpatient - Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Counselor to join our dynamic team at Impact Life, providing crucial support across our women's recovery program and in outpatient settings. This role is ideal for a flexible, self-motivated individual who is pursuing licensure and is committed to contributing to the well-being of individuals in recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to participants in our programs, adhering to established treatment plans and ethical standards.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to assist in the development and adjustment of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to participants.
- Document and maintain accurate records of participants' progress and services provided, in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Actively participate in supervision with a licensed clinician and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and promote healthy lifestyles among participants.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Certification as a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor) strongly preferred.
- Must be actively working towards professional licensure in the field of mental health or substance abuse counseling.
- Previous experience in a counseling role within a healthcare or recovery setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to empathize and effectively manage complex emotional situations.
