Passenger Service Coordinator

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for operating shuttle buses, transporting passengers, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. As a Shuttle Driver with SP+, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and making sure each interaction is positive.
- Performing routine vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Logging trip counts, assisting disabled passengers, and reporting any safety concerns or hazards.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement, as well as a Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card). Additionally, you must be available to work special shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $20.60 per hour.
