Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership over the span of 3+ years in managing engineering design teams.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in industry-standard design software, like AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keen insight into Power Distribution principles.
  • Additional Qualifications: A background in construction and familiarity with Passport and CEGIS/TED is favorable.
