**Food Service Associate Opportunity at Twin Lakes Community**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Room Food Service Associate to join our team at Twin Lakes Community. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with residents, guests, and staff while delivering exceptional food service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving food and drinks, maintaining table settings, and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $25,000-$35,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks to residents, guests, and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen.
- Stock and retrieve items as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after meal times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food presentation and portion control.
- Respond to resident needs and concerns in a kind and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in food service or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull wheeled serving carts and stations.
