Job Summary:

The Style Expert represents the Lafayette 148 brand image and is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing a client base to achieve sales goals. This role requires providing expert product and wardrobing advice while delivering a memorable client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain deep connections with clients to drive repeat business and achieve sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences to all clients, planning appointments to maximize results.
  • Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Utilize multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition.
  • Possess a broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, staying informed to maximize selling potential.
  • Demonstrate the ability to address a client's total wardrobe needs across all categories.
  • Inform clients about brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer.
  • Put the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations.
  • Support operational functions within the store, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Style Experts.
Desired Background:

A Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a premium to luxury selling environment, with an existing client base/book preferred.
