Job Title: Server | King of Prussia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Menus and Venues in King of Prussia. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, upholding our high service standards, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making recommendations and suggesting beverage pairings to enhance their dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into our POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Clear and replace settings between each course, maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Perform side work before, during, and at the end of each shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Monitor and observe guests' dining experience, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service, and responding promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change as needed.
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow service staff members, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team effort.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a comparable restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills are essential.
  • A personable and professional demeanor is required, with a passion for great food and service.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) and to reach, bend, and stoop as needed.

Pay Range: Starting from USD $2.83/Hr.
