Job Description

As a Lead Barista at Kroger, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products. You will be the face of our store, and your role will be to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and train baristas to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our store.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure that the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of coffee and food preparation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
