Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Master's Level Social Worker to deliver intensive, evidence-informed therapeutic interventions for families with children ranging from five years to adolescents.
Service Delivery:
Therapeutic sessions will primarily occur within the family's home and community settings, with limited office-based sessions. The role involves individual therapy as well as some group therapy engagements.
Comfort and proficiency in conducting family therapy in home and community environments are essential.
Qualifications:
Experience working with families and children is preferred. Training in Functional Family Therapy, utilizing an evidence-based treatment model, will be provided; a commitment to mastering and applying this model is necessary.
Work Schedule:
This position operates mainly during afternoons and evenings, accommodating family schedules.

- Proficiency in written and oral communication, along with a solid understanding of computer applications, is necessary.
Additional Information:
Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, with the ability to work evenings and some weekends to accommodate family needs. A valid driver's license that meets the agency's insurance requirements and reliable transportation are also required.
