DelDOT is seeking a highly skilled Family Crisis Therapist to join our team. As a Family Crisis Therapist, you will work with families in crisis, providing intensive consultation and support to help them navigate challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-going clinical assessment and treatment to families in crisis.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of each family.
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions to promote healthy relationships and coping strategies.
- Prepare clinical reports and documentation of progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with professional staff to provide on-going consultation and support.
Requirements
To be successful as a Family Crisis Therapist, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavioral or Social Science or related field.
- One year of experience in crisis intervention.
- Three years' experience in case management, including assessing, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating options and services to meet an individual's human service needs.
