Women's and Children's Clinical Information Systems Specialist

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Women's and Children's Clinical Information Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our nursing informatics team, you will play a critical role in promoting the use of technology to optimize nursing work processes, support the delivery of evidence-based care, and monitor nursing practices and associated patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical informatics solutions to support nursing practice and patient care
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize clinical informatics needs
- Design and deliver training programs to educate nursing staff on clinical informatics systems and best practices
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical informatics systems and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical informatics trends and technologies to ensure that our systems are current and effective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Women's and Children's clinical experience required
- Clinical Informatics experience preferred
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- Professional Certification within 1 year of hire
