Job Summary:

The Facilities Technician III, Exterior Cleaning, is a key member of the Facilities Team responsible for maintaining the exterior of residential and support structures on a private estate. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily walk-throughs of building exteriors to identify and address any maintenance needs
  • Conduct exterior cleaning and maintenance tasks, including glass, screens, siding, decking, stone walkways, and concrete surfaces
  • Maintain and repair exterior cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Support vendor preventative maintenance services as directed
  • Document maintenance activities and track inventory levels

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on luxury properties
  • Strong knowledge of exterior building/property cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Work Environment:

Salary Range: $46-$48 USD
