Job Overview

Source EQ is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Addiction Treatment Services program in Upper Manhattan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established non-profit organization that provides behavioral support services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Program and Clinical Directors to share clinical responsibilities and ensure a therapeutic environment.
  • Supervise and direct subordinate staff to establish a therapeutic environment.
  • Participate in ongoing evaluations of clients and make recommendations for changes in treatment schedules, transfers, or referrals.
  • Follow up on assignments and perform one-to-one counseling with treatment participants as needed.
  • Assist the Program Director in overseeing day-to-day operations and fulfill the role of Supervisor in their absence.
  • Recruit and interview new staff members.
  • Complete monthly reports for OASAS.

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
