Job Summary

The Human Resources Director will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Human Resources team, ensuring the effective implementation of district-wide HR initiatives and policies. This role will oversee the development and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to district staff on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with district goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to district staff on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee the development and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead the Human Resources team in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with district leadership to develop and implement district-wide HR initiatives and policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to district staff on HR-related topics.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership or management.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with district staff and leadership.

Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to district sites and occasional evening or weekend work. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
