Position: Crop Insurance Producer

We are seeking an experienced Crop Insurance Producer who can develop new business relationships, maintain existing client accounts, evaluate and assess client needs, collaborate with underwriters, and stay current on industry trends and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business relationships and maintaining existing client accounts
  • Evaluating and assessing client needs to provide appropriate crop insurance coverage
  • Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
  • Staying current on industry trends and regulations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in Crop Insurance sales
  • Proficiency in industry software
  • Active insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of crop insurance policies and procedures

Compensation Package:
