Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality dining experiences for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of food and kitchen supplies, within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and functions, such as birthday celebrations and holiday meals.
