Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Community Director to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Lead and motivate our nursing team to provide exceptional care and service.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, write service plans, and accurately document resident information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction and timely communication with families as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA regulations, serving as our Community HIPAA compliance officer.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
