We are seeking an experienced Production Manager Multifamily to join our team at Ilerwork. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, including the development of new facilities, expansions, renovations, and alterations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Collaborate with project teams, construction sites, and management to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement LEAN processes and construction techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and develop direct reports to achieve performance goals and company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on job cost, production, safety, and quality to ensure satisfactory progression and achievement of project objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of mechanical construction experience.
  • Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar function.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Multi-family experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details, and job orders.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
