We are seeking a skilled Funeral Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Service Corporation International. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales teams to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the funeral industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
