Salary and Benefits

The pay package for this position includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including medical benefits, vision benefits, dental benefits, and a 401k retirement plan. Weekly pay and referral bonuses are also available.

Job Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a key role in providing therapy services to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and daily activities
  • Providing direct care to patients, including exercises, training, and support
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably as an OTA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
