Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Facility LincolnHealth team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-M). As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

About the Role:The CNA-M is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents who are 14 years or older. To be eligible for this position, you must have completed a 120-hour medication course and passed the state exam, allowing you to administer medications under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to patients/residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Graduate of a State Approved CNA program and successful passing grade of the State Maine Certifying Exam.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
