Human Resources Specialist Assistant

This HR Coordinator position plays a vital role in supporting our workforce management operations. You will be responsible for coordinating various human resources activities, ensuring seamless execution of business processes, and providing exceptional support to employees and managers.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Process payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks in the HRIS system.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including processing employment applications and conducting reference and background checks.
You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan, is also available.
