Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting optimal patient outcomes. This role will involve providing clinical patient care and assisting in the review of staffing based on patient acuity and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area
  • Assist in reviewing staffing based on patient acuity and needs
  • Assess nursing service needs relative to the needs of patients within the unit
  • Recommend corrective actions when appropriate
  • Provide clinical patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • Two (2) years clinical experience required
  • Progressive leadership experience required
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
