The Community You Will Serve: AdventHealth Wauchula

Your Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work under the guidance of a registered nurse to deliver essential physical and emotional nursing care to patients as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring patient and family needs related to care requirements and physical conditions.
  • Identifying nursing diagnoses and planning appropriate interventions.
  • Anticipating potential patient care issues and taking proactive measures.
  • Recognizing and reporting abnormal diagnostic results to the RN or physician.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Minimum of a Technical Certificate in Practical Nursing
  • Current Florida LPN License
  • BLS Certification – a condition of employment
