The Senior Store Supervisor will oversee store operations to assist ABX Air Management in achieving efficiency; guides inventory staff to ensure all tasks are executed and is responsible for all activities during a designated shift. This role encompasses the execution of all store operations, including the management of shipping, receiving, stocking, and distribution of all ABX material assets essential for Aircraft Maintenance and Materials Management. Some travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store functions and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Facilitate the shipping and receiving processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Supervise stockroom activities and ensure timely issuance of materials.
  • Lead and mentor storekeepers to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an aircraft stockroom environment.
  • Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems.
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Experience operating forklifts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • HazMat Certification.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
