Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals in a high-volume setting, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to established recipes and presentation guidelines as directed by kitchen management.
  • Cook food in appropriate quantities based on menu requirements and expected guest count.
  • Oversee all aspects of food service in your designated area to ensure quality and sanitary preparation.
  • Efficiently operate all kitchen stations, demonstrating flexibility to assist the team during peak times.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, ensuring proper handling and storage of food in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Safely operate various kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and daily specials.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure your workstation is clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Culinary arts degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory.
  • One (1) year of experience in high-volume cooking within a full-service dining environment is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Current food worker card is required.
