We offer competitive pay, estimated at $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time team members also receive benefit plan options.

As a Pastry Chef at Buck & Rider, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting food to our brand standards, maintaining sanitary conditions, and operating under our standard operating procedures and core values. This includes:

• Preparing, executing, and presenting food according to our brand standards
• Maintaining cleanliness in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas
• Marking, dating, and rotating all products
• Maintaining production and cleaning schedules
• Remaining organized and maintaining a neat, organized workspace

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 2+ years of experience as a pastry cook in a restaurant environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
• The ability to read recipes and follow instructions
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills
• The ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
