Role Overview: The Brew Master at NOVO is not just a barista; they are the artisans behind every cup of coffee, the maestros of the espresso machine, and the ambassadors of our coffee philosophy. This role involves working closely with cashiers and other team members to ensure that each customer receives a product of the highest quality along with a service that defines pure excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting Excellence: Utilize our premium espresso machines and high-quality beans to create exquisite coffee beverages, showcasing your mastery in latte art, flavor balancing, and brewing techniques.

• Customer Engagement: Provide an elevated customer experience through personalized service, coffee education, and engaging interactions that reflect NOVO's commitment to luxury and attention to detail.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cashiers and other team members to maintain a smooth service flow. Ensure that every order is prepared with precision and speed without compromising quality.

• Quality Assurance: Regularly test and calibrate equipment to ensure the highest standards are met. Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans and other necessary ingredients to avoid any shortfall.

• Menu Development: Contribute to the evolution of our coffee menu by suggesting new recipes or variations based on customer feedback and seasonal trends.

• Training and Development: Mentor new hires or less experienced staff in the art of coffee making, sharing your knowledge to uphold NOVO's standards.

• Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health codes and NOVO’s hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista or similar role, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
• Exceptional knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning in the field.
