Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Management Trainee to join our team. As a Restaurant Management Trainee, you will be responsible for completing an industry-leading in-depth training program to prepare you for success as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Restaurant Operations
    • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
    • Ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and activities
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular table visits and feedback
  • Team Development
    • Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve exceptional performance
    • Role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Understand and practice all safety procedures at the restaurant
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Experience
    • 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; restaurant management experience preferred
  • Skills
    • Ability to perform all essential job duties within the restaurant
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Computer skills (MS Office, point of sale systems, inventory management systems, etc.)
