Risk Management Specialist

Job OverviewWe are currently hiring full-time Security Officers for a prominent pharmaceutical company in Cambridge, MA.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of prior security experience and be available to work Friday - Monday from 7 AM - 3 PM.
The starting pay rate is $21.25 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and paid training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ years old for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Licensing requirements may apply, depending on state and/or local laws.
