Job Summary

As a Senior Clinical Coordinator at Denver Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient patient flow in assigned clinics. Under general supervision, you will coordinate employee duties and manage personnel resources to achieve seamless workflow.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinic Operations Management: Provide administrative support, including time and attendance management, help desk ticket resolution, and other assigned tasks (10%)
  • Patient Registration and Scheduling: Register and schedule patients, monitor work queues, and conduct weekly and monthly quality assurance audits to meet expectations set by CHS/Revenue Cycle (15%)
  • Cash Handling and Compliance: Perform cash handling duties, prepare daily cash deposits, facilitate refunds, train clerical staff, and address overage/shortages as needed (5%)
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Delegate job assignments, monitor workflow, and collaborate with department leads, supervisors, and managers to ensure continuous clinic flow (10%)
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Train and assist staff to meet QA goals and requirements, identify and escalate system problems, environmental issues, and employee concerns as necessary (5%)

Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of clerical experience required
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and telephone skills, information analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving with a focus on customer service
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours/week with flexibility to accommodate clinic needs
  • Education: Proficient in Windows XP; bi-lingual skills preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $22.48 - $30.41 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
