  • Conduct fitness assessments, including vital signs, to determine individual fitness goals and needs.
  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs, incorporating flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.
  • Educate and evaluate residents on proper exercise techniques to ensure safe and effective workouts.
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to coordinate and implement fitness programs and events.
  • Maintain a clean and safe fitness area, ensuring a positive experience for all residents.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and staff, promoting a culture of physical activity and wellness.
