Land Surveyor Party Chief

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor Party Chief to join our team in North Carolina. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for supervising and collecting field data for surveys, operating and instructing on the use of total station, level, RTK GPS Receiver, and data collectors. Your expertise will also be utilized for construction stakeout, gas pipeline surveying, powerline surveying, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and collect field data for surveys
- Operate and instruct on the use of total station, level, RTK GPS Receiver, and data collectors
- Perform construction stakeout, gas pipeline surveying, powerline surveying, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys
- Conduct deed research when necessary
Requirements
- Land surveying experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment
This is an on-site position requiring some days on-site in CARY, North Carolina and some days travel. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients.
