- Stay up-to-date with the latest tire brands, models, and features.
- Explain tire specifications, including size, type, tread patterns, and performance ratings.
- Advise customers on tire maintenance, rotation, and alignment.
- Actively engage in selling tires and related services.
- Promote current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential tire sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor tire inventory levels and request restocking when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of tire sales and inventory transactions.
- Ensure that the tire display area is organized and well-maintained.
- Provide basic technical advice on tire installation and balancing.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training in automotive technology or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive tire sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and tire-related services.
- Basic computer skills for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and move tires as needed.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required).
