Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all dishes are prepared to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to ensure portion, presentation, and guest specifications are met.
  • Organize and deliver dishes to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle difficult situations and guest complaints through our AIM process (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management).
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
