Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

Conduct Analysis:
Evaluate and establish standards, perform time and motion studies, conduct statistical analyses, and engage in workforce planning to enhance productivity and service levels.
Enhance and refine operational methods, processes, ergonomic workstation designs, and documented procedures.

Collaborate with management to pinpoint new opportunities for process enhancements in quality, cost, performance, and maintenance strategies.

Propose strategies for boosting worker efficiency and minimizing material waste, which may include reorganizing workflows, relocating equipment, and restructuring job responsibilities.

Investigate issues, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions utilizing analytical tools.
Engage in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide recommendations regarding the deployment of production projects and ensure readiness for system implementation.

Monitor projects and changes post-implementation to verify that output performance aligns with the tested solution (benchmarking responsibilities). Support the development of testing strategies, including vision, scope, model, and individual platform testing methodologies within IT, covering ERP, BI, and custom development.

Participate in special projects related to business acquisitions, facility launches, international integration, and network consolidation.
Oversee the entire packaging development process, which includes creating packaging designs, developing prototypes, and conducting performance tests.
Address new and existing packaging challenges involving designs, materials, and processes, providing innovative, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a Distribution Center environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for facility layout development.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, including inquiry and report writing, is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A solid understanding of engineering techniques, including methods improvement, time and motion studies, process development, warehousing concepts, and work standard programs.

• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Capability to plan and execute projects with minimal supervision.
