Job Title: LPN or CMA

Essentia Health is seeking a skilled LPN or CMA to join our Internal Medicine Team in Brainerd, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN or CMA to provide direct patient care in our ambulatory care setting. As a member of our team, you will assist RNs, Physicians, and other providers in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting
  • Assist RNs, Physicians, and other providers in delivering patient care
  • Perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated
  • Care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota or current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant
  • Verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and certification within one year of date of hire
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
Work Environment:

This is a part-time position working 40 hours every two weeks, with day shift hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
