Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents to exceed their expectations and maintain resident retention.
  • Process lease applications, verify applicant information, and notify prospective residents of results.
  • Contribute to a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position.
  • Regularly inspect community amenities and model units to ensure quality assurance.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in conventional apartment or student housing leasing required.
  • Outgoing personality, enthusiasm for marketing and sales, and proficiency in online social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent people skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • A passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues, as well as knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
  • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
