Position Summary

Overview: Responsible for maintaining guest services in alignment with company standards. Facilitates guest transactions and ensures satisfaction at the service desk while managing all cash and media transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes and assists every guest, demonstrating strong product knowledge and providing exceptional service.
  • Manages and approves guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, and other transaction types, ensuring accurate completion of all point-of-sale transactions.
  • Assists in training cashiers and cross-training other team members.
  • Prepares daily cash deposits and manages change; some locations may have access to safe combinations.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and supports loss prevention initiatives.
  • Oversees cashier productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling; communicates performance issues to management.
  • Maintains front-end supplies and assists with guest service, floor maintenance, and merchandise restocking as necessary.
  • Fills in for cashiers during absences.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
