**Job Description**

The Janitorial Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. They carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable State and Federal laws.

Key responsibilities include managing the overall activities of a project(s), supervising the project crew, coordinating services activities for assigned buildings, and ensuring that services are performed as contracted and meet the customer specifications.

The Janitorial Supervisor maintains/monitors work schedules of all shift personnel, including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time sheets. They establish/maintain work performance standards, conduct quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory, and use equipment effectively.

Additional responsibilities include resolving on-site services delivery problems, participating in on-going management/technical skills development training programs, conducting orientation of new employees, and developing employees' skills/abilities.

**Requirements**

Fluent in English and Spanish

Motivated individual and proactive

Background check required

1-3 years of supervisory experience
