Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association law, real estate, and litigation. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal representation, drafting motions, and handling community association governance, CC&R enforcement, collections, and litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional legal services to clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Draft and file motions, including summary judgment and dispositive motions.
  • Conduct case evaluations and provide opinion letters.
  • Independently handle community association governance, CC&R enforcement, collections, and litigation.
  • Meet billable hour goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Complete legal transactional work and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. Admittance in California and/or Utah would be a plus.
  • 2-5 years' experience in collections law, community association law, and/or litigation.
  • Associate level of experience; comfortable working in an autonomous environment.
  • Ability to interact well with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
  • Comfortable with debt collection work, including communication with opposing parties in compliance with the FDCPA.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and achieve high-quality legal services.
  • Comfortable with technology, learning new systems, and working with numbers.
