Key Responsibilities
  • Attend court conferences and conduct depositions
  • Draft and argue discovery and substantive motions and appeals
  • Prepare pleadings, discovery demands, and responses
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 3-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on legal research, legal writing, and civil litigation
  • Admission to the NY State Bar
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technologies
