Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Oversight: Manage the daily functions of financial systems, including the deployment, upkeep, and enhancement of accounting software and tools.
  • Financial Reporting: Create, oversee, and refine financial reporting systems to guarantee timely and precise financial data for informed decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Direct the budgeting and forecasting activities, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • System Integration: Work with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth integration of accounting systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Data Accuracy: Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data across all systems, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer training and support to staff on the utilization of accounting systems and tools, ensuring all users are adept and can fully leverage the systems' capabilities.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial systems and processes adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.
