We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Esthetician to join our team at Glowbar. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments to our clients, educating them on the benefits of our products, and promoting a positive and supportive environment within our studios.

• Care for our Clients:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for each client, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease throughout their treatment.
  • Deliver high-quality skincare treatments that cater to each client's individual needs and goals, including extractions, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and high frequency.
  • Complete client notes in our administrative system after each treatment, ensuring accurate records and seamless communication with our team.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our products and provide personalized at-home routine suggestions to enhance their skincare experience.
  • Achieve monthly product sales targets by thoughtfully educating clients on our products and promoting our retail offerings.
• Care for our Team:
  • Collaborate with fellow estheticians to share best practices, discuss client needs, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Provide feedback to management on progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Complete treatment room checklists after each shift to ensure a smooth transition for the next Esthetician.
  • Log inventory replenishment accurately and consistently to maintain a well-stocked and organized studio.
  • Enhance and uphold standards, policies, and procedures through various means of communication.
  • Participate in events and activities that promote team building and community engagement.

• Valid state Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician at a busy spa or salon with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics
• Sells a minimum of $1000 in product sales monthly
• Must love hospitality and interacting with customers
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability
• Strong understanding of salon standards, policies, and procedures
• Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients
• Passion for beauty, skincare, learning, and trying new things every day
• Established clientele is a plus
