Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily housekeeping functions, including cleaning residents' rooms, recreational areas, offices, and hallways.
  • Ensure that cleaning schedules are maintained and high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Communicate and troubleshoot issues directly with residents.
  • Create cleaning schedules directly with independent residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a long-term care facility or medical environment preferred.
  • Must possess knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
