Support Specialist

Kids Connected is a dynamic online marketplace for live classes and activities headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide a platform for parents to enroll their kids in affordable extracurricular activities, including tutoring, exercise, and more. Our classes are hosted virtually, allowing students to attend from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to support inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate resolution between multiple parties in real-time.
  • Verify upcoming classes are scheduled correctly to prevent support issues.
  • Field phone calls from third parties requesting information or support resolution.
Requirements:
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and demonstrate consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work efficiently both independently and with other team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
