About the Job
As a Vehicle Title and Contract Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing vehicle deals, including verifying documents, maintaining electronic deal jackets, and sending out financing contracts to lenders. You will also be responsible for processing trade titles, out-of-state inspections, and transferring titles as needed. Additionally, you will need to communicate with banks about lien releases and coordinate with various departments within the company.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in automotive title work. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) are also required. Notary designation is preferred but not necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
