We are seeking a part-time server to join our team at Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services. As a server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Set up dining areas and trays for meal services, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed.
- Deliver residents' meal carts and clean assigned dining areas.
- Accurately record temperatures on refrigerators and maintain kitchen sanitation.
- Wash and store dishes, adhering to overall sanitation and maintenance of the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Community rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
