Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities.
- Collaborating with medical teams and residents to create effective care plans.
- Monitoring outcomes and discussing options with physicians and nursing staff.
- Administering and overseeing appropriate treatments and medications.
- Ensuring proper setup and monitoring of medical equipment.
- Educating residents and families about optimal care options.
- Collecting blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Verifying accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions.
- Supervising nursing staff and providing training as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of 4 months of experience in post-acute or inpatient hospital care.
